July 14th - The palm in front of the house.

365 - week 1

Well, I am obviously horrible at keeping a "blog" up to date, if this can even be considered a blog, so I've decided to start a 365 project again! I stated in on July first as a sort of kickoff to my 30th birthday. I had a bit of a freak out at turning 30... there may have been tears. :) I'm not too excited about being back in my home town, let alone renting the house I did the majority of my growing up in, but I do want to make the best of this temporary situation. I think a year of daily photos will show me that life here isn't so bad.

July 1st - The backdrop from my birthday party.
July 2nd - We went to Morro Bay for my birthday. It was overcast, cold, and wonderful! Mojo (my dog) and I have the same birthday, so we brought him along. He had a blast digging in the sand and sleeping under my chair.
July 3rd - Jellybean being Jelly.
July 4th - FIREWORKS!
July 5th - Spur of the moment trip to Morro Bay with my husband and sister.
July 6th - hello :)
July 7th - Jelly, again. There will be a whole lot of Jelly pictures this year... Just warning you!

City Lights Candle Jar

I'm in love with how this jar looks lit up in the dark. It's pretty self explanatory to make... paper (I used wrapping paper), knife, mod podge, a jar, and some lace or ribbon for added detail!
